SHORT DESCRIPTION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schools from different cities, different countries, will be united around the Wishing a rainbow for the world project, which aims to develop the SDGs of the 2030 Agenda in its diverse dimensions. Each school\/class will choose an SDG to work on in collaboration with the school’s different subjects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main idea behind the project is that everyone reflects on the fulfillment of the Agenda 2030 proposals, ending up with a rainbow of hope for a better world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Work process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    State how you intend to work with your partner schools and how responsibilities are shared. Give an approximate calendar of activities, state how frequently you will work with your partner; indicate how you intend to involve your pupils; if you intend to create teams of pupils of different schools, and other relevant information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • SDG Rainbow Logo (Months November):
      • Each country creates an “SDG Rainbow,” logo (according to the colors proposed in the official table of the 2030 Agenda)<\/li><\/ul>\n

        • Students vote on their favorite logo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • SDG Rainbow Meetings (Months December and January):
          • Each class will promote a moment of presentation.<\/li><\/ul>
            • Online meetings (schedule two classes together).<\/li><\/ul>\n

              • Online meetings – all together doing the same activity (Example: a song).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • SDG Rainbow Quest (Months February and March):
                • Each country creates an “SDG Rainbow,” assigning an SDG to each color (according to the colors proposed in the official table of the 2030 Agenda)<\/li><\/ul>
                  • Students develop creative interpretations and artistic representations for their assigned SDGs.<\/li><\/ul>
                    • \u201cSDG Rainbow parade\u201d – Carnival<\/li><\/ul>\n
                        \n
                      • \u201cSDG\u201d Days: 7 days for each color of the rainbow (students go to school dressing the specific color of the day)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Multidisciplinary SDG Challenge (Months November to May):
                        • Students participate in a cross-subject SDG challenge, proposing innovative solutions for real-world problems linked to the SDGs.<\/li><\/ul>
                          • Teams from different countries collaborate to tackle the same challenge.<\/li><\/ul>\n
                              \n
                            • Students will write emails and postcards to send to the local council and to members of the government, prime minister and\/or president of the country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Cultural Showcase (November to May):
                              • Organize virtual cultural exchange events where students share their cultures, traditions, and artistic expressions.<\/li><\/ul>\n

                                • Explore how culture and art can influence the perception and promotion of the SDGs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                • Creative SDG Projects (November to May):
                                  • Students conceptualize and implement fun and creative projects to address specific SDGs, such as art installations, awareness campaigns, or interactive games (at school, in the city or online)<\/li><\/ul>\n
                                      \n
                                    • Share their projects, methods, and outcomes with the partner countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                    • Virtual Rainbow Lunch (June):
                                      • Prepare for a virtual “Rainbow Lunch” event where students showcase their creative interpretations of the SDGs. Each class makes a lunch with rainbow food and it will be being broadcast live to all the schools in the project.<\/li><\/ul>\n

                                        • Celebrate the richness of culture, creativity, and commitment in promoting the SDGs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                        • Grand Finale Exhibition (June):
                                          • Culminate the project with a grand finale exhibition, combining artistic displays, project showcases, and multimedia presentations.<\/li><\/ul>\n

                                            • Engage students in explaining their creative interpretations and the impact of their SDG projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                              A visually stunning virtual “Rainbow activities” showcasing creative interpretations of the SDGs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                              A project report summarizing the achievements, creative approaches, and insights gained during the project, to be shared with school communities and relevant stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
